Unknown empress - help needed!

:) AE21 w/ an empress, maybe Faustina on the obv. and what appears to be a box on the back. Looks similar to the reverse on maybe a posthumous issue? I don't know. I think there is TCA on the back in Ex:? Not sure how the coin goes! :D Any ideas?

I think it's not a roman imperial coin, probaly a greek coin.

Sir yor coin may be ANTIOCH SYRIA under Roman rule i have with a simler woman on the front who is tych godes my coin is from 77 and 78 AD i hope this mite stear you in the write way good luck Rick
