This one looks like another Constantius II (AD 324-361) to me.

Coin measures 17mm and weighs 1.9 grams.

Any ideas?

Kim,
I think I can see the bottom part of LEN in the sections of the obverse legend between 9 and 11 o’clock. This plus the proportion of the text make me to believe that this is Valens.
