Found a gold colored coin today and I know absolutely nothing about coins. This coin has probably been carried by someone for quite some time as it is almost worn smooth. A face appears to be looking to the left. $1000 runs vertically to the left of the face. This is all I can see. The coin is about 1 3/16 inch or 30 milimeters in diameter. This could be a token or some other non-valuable coin. Just wondering where I could look to see if I can identify it.
