Unknown empress coin - Provincial??

Relatively small AE18. The empress doesn't look familiar and the reverse seems to have a basket w/ something sticking out. Any help is appreciated! Thanks ! :)

I think this is Crispina and basket of fruits reverse, but can not recognize the lettering on the reverse legend. If possible, please send bigger image or your opinion regarding the reverse legend.
