Is the photo and/or the legend and description of the reverse of 3001 correct? I'm pretty sure the legend and description should be the same as 3002, i.e. GLORIA ROMANORVM.

Yes, it was wrongly associated image. The picture is actually for Valentinian I, CC# 3006. It is similar to Valentinian I, CC# 3002, but is minted in Siscia and the mint mark in exergue is different.
