Is it a old coin Great Seal?

I have a pin/button/coin that is red on the front with raised letters WIN and on the back it is has the great seal at the top of the back it says "united states of america" and at the bottom it says "great seal" 1782 ,1841 it is about the size of a silver dollar. The pin attachment has been like tack welded to it. I got them from my grandmothers things I am 53 she would be about 110. They were (3) in her things. Any idea what these are? I can send a photo. looks like some sort of election campaign button, I have seen something like this before, but I cannot for the life of me remember where..........I'll keep looking
