Prussian Commemorative Medallion

Hi,
I'm trying to find the history and value of the following medallion.

Silver 44 grams 42 mm dia

Willhelm D. K. Konig Von Preussen around the edge and head facing right

E. WETRAND S.C. below head

Reverse side

8 armorial shields around edge and the words SUMM CUIQUE and with the name C. PFEUFFER FFC on the bottom edge
