measure the general team health, motivation, issues, mood etc. I initially thought of having a mailbox installed on the floor and encourage team members to drop in their suggestions / concerns in it and once in 3 months send out a questionnaire (max 5 questions) to the team to ensure the members feel good coming to work and are motivated.
Since the mailbox concept has been used in many corporates, I was looking at something more different / innovative. For example - was planning on placing empty medium wooden drums with the theme - "Make a noise...if you are feeling up or down....we would like to hear you."
