I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has information about a recent find in a field on the Thailand - Burma border. I am not sure if this is a coin, weight or medallion. It is round, heavy and about 2" in diameter. The edge is not too smooth (it looks like it was not machine made) and it is not ridged. On one side there are triangles all around the edge pointing inward. In the center is a bell-shaped dome of some type with a vague image (perhaps of a person) somewhat off center in the upper part of the dome. The other side also has triangles facing inward with a large triangle in the center resting on 5 smaller triangles. Neither side has writing or numbers. Any clue as to what this could be?
