Egyptian coins

This is my first time here and I am a total novice when it comes to any world coins. I was looking at several coins from Egypt, the Ptolemy and others minted in Alexandria, but they all appear to be made by occupiers. Are there any truely Egyptian coins out there? Thanks, Wes
