Had a look at your interesting new coins. They definitly look provincial. Not official for sure. are they silver? The guy with the beard looks a lot like a portrait of Julian 2.

I have checked that coins and it seems like very old coins. Sorry to say that i also can't identify these coins but I will try to find out more information about it online. Thanks for sharing it.
