I'm stymied by this one. It is 25mm and weighs 8.6g. Rx is S-C with the letters ...VES...visible around it. Portrait not fat enough to be Vespasian or Titus, I think. Can you help? Thanks.

Hello!
Sorry for the delay. I just came back from vacation. The bad things about the vacations is that they have end and that you have to work more before and after it to compensate the time for doing what you want.
About the coin - it is not very easy to see all the possible details from the pictures, because of the condition of the coin, but I think that this is one of the restoration types struck by Titus. This one is RIC 228 - Restoration of Germanicus, struck in Rome 80-81 AD. Our CoinsCatalog ID for Titus 3016.
Germanicus RESTORATION AS by TITUS RARE
Titus Caesar AD 79-81 Copper As “Honoring Germanicus, a great Julio-Claudian Roman.”
Obv: GERMANICVS CAESAR TI AVG F DIVI AVG N - Bare head left.
Rev: IMP T CAES DIVI VESP F AVG REST around S-C
Rome mint: AD 80-81 = RIC II, p. 146, 228 Rare; Hall Collection; D. Sear Vol. I, p. 478, 2598 (F $144 – VF $360 – XF $1080)
There is illustration in D. Sear for the variety with the head oriented right.
Hope this will help.
Have a great day!
Vladimir

Dear Vladimir,
You are, of course, right on the money (so to speak). Thanks for your help on this one. All the best, Peter
